1999 Moltres Tropical Mega Battle. This is the only complete set in the world. Amazing and unique artwork by Ken Sugimori available as lottery prize in a book called PGC STRATEGIES EVER ADULT CAN UNDERSTAND revised Edition, it is the First lottery card awarded in 1997 and there is a fixed number of winners (100 only) this version is extremely rare and probably nowadays nobody knows how many copies exist but this can be the last one. 2 years later the same artwork was reprinted as a prize in 1999 Tropical Mega Battle tournament. The card s will come with the original book. You can see the difference between the 1997 version and 1999. The last image shows the origin lottery paper (you will not receive it).

I discovered and showed this card ungraded for the first time , all image which you can find on google is my card before I graded it , so there are no proof exist other copies of this amazing card.
