Here is the complete PSA 9 1st edition base set non-holo set 17-82. This historic set is not missing a single card. All cards have been graded 9 which PSA labels as MINT condition.

Also, I have taken the liberty of putting each card in a brand new perfect fit sleeve. This set also includes both variants of Pikachu, both red cheeks and yellow cheeks. I have taken out the starters and their evolution lines to show examples of condition. Unfortunately since it is a big set I wasnt able to take pictures of every single card.

If you would like to see a particular card, please dont hesitate to reach out and I will gladly send more pictures. I tried to flip through the set to take pictures of some random cards within the set. It is super sturdy and I just bought it a week ago so it is brand new! I DID NOT just add up the highest sale of each card. Each card has been priced as an AVERAGE of the most recent 4-5 listings to make the sale as fair and as in tune to the market as possible.
