I would say that most of these are cards are Light Play-Near Mint condition. I have had this set sitting up in my closet for two decades now in plastic pages.

The holos are in excellent condition overall. I collected most sets from the WOTC era and I have to say that Neo Discovery's artworks are one of the best looking they ever produced.
